Existing gearbox forming methods are mainly sand casting and metal casting. The sand casting cavity is generally made of resin sand. After the resin sand molding, the resin is hardened by the crosslinking reaction under the catalysis of the curing agent. The hardened resin sand has a larger pore between the sand and the sand, and at the same time, due to the resin sand. The degree of refractoriness is low. When casting, the cavity directly contacts the aluminum liquid to enter the surface sand gap, which is easy to produce sticky sand, which affects the quality of the casting. In order to improve the refractoriness of the cavity and avoid sticking sand, it is necessary to brush a layer of paint on the cavity; in the process of painting, it is inevitable to form a brush mark, which affects the appearance quality of the casting. In addition, the resin sand shape needs to be filled by hand or shocked on the vibration table. The quality of the cavity depends on the degree of the worker. For complex castings, if the plug is not tight, it is easy to produce problems such as sand filling. This leads to quality problems such as sticking sand and lack of meat in the later castings. In addition, the appearance quality of the castings and the consistency of the mass production appearance are poor.
